Ooh, McDonald’s free coffee on the week of the 29th! I know which drive-through I’m hitting up! Then it suddenly dawns on me. I just finished a big case study on the coffee market! McDonald’s coffee shook up the premium coffee market, throwing quite a curve ball to its competitors. But free is always good to me.

Last week in Kip Tuckwell’s marketing class, we had to analyze Second Cup’s market share and conclude as to why they’re doing so poorly. We were also tasked to create an implementation plan as to what needed to be done to increase the company’s market share.
